At Soby Art Academy, we don't just teach art — we build a movement. Every post we share, every comment we answer, every YouTube video we publish is a chance to inspire someone to pick up a brush and discover what they're truly capable of.

We're growing fast, and we need a Social Media Manager who can be the voice of our brand on Facebook and YouTube — someone who genuinely loves connecting with people, understands the art community, and knows how to turn a comment section into a conversation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and publishing content on our Facebook page (posts, stories, reels)
• Responding to comments and messages on Facebook with warmth, personality, and speed
• Managing our YouTube channel — publishing videos, writing descriptions, responding to comments
• Keeping our community engaged, inspired, and coming back for more
• Monitoring trends in the art and online education space to keep our content fresh and relevant

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (Facebook and/or YouTube required)
• Excellent written English — warm, clear, and on-brand
• A genuine love for art, creativity, or online education communities
• Strong understanding of Facebook and YouTube algorithms and best practices
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable
• Comfortable working remotely as an independent contractor
